Our new westside customer service center is set to open!  Pasco County Utilities customers will have a new, more convenient way to pay their bills starting May 20, 2024.

HOURS:          Monday through Friday | 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Our current westside location and nighttime drop box at 7536 State Street will close May 20.

“Pasco County Utilities customers will have access to all the same services provided at the prior location with the assistance of our knowledgeable and talented team members,” said Utilities Customer Information & Services Director Sandra Anderson.  “Our new center will offer two drive-through lanes.”

• Access your account HERE.
• Live Call Center support available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with same business-day call back option.
