Is Pasco County Your Utility Provider?

Before opening an account with Pasco County Utilities please use PascoMapper as a resource to first determine your provider information.

Once you have searched by Parcel, Address, or Name, click on the red house icon for more information. The amount of information listed may vary and customers may need to arrow to the next page, noted at the top of the information box.

Reconnect Services

To restart services that have been disconnected due to non-payment or a delinquent account:

Make a payment to restart service

  • Personal Checks are NOT accepted
  • Paying the wrong amount will delay re-connection
  •  A fee of $145.00 will be included in the total bill to restart service
  •  A new deposit will be required if there is currently no deposit on the account

Payments to reconnect service can be made:

  • Online through Pasco Easy Pay
  • Pay-by-Phone: 855-786-5344 or 
  • Use the drive-through in New Port Richey or Land O’ Lakes to pay by Cashiers Check, Cash or Money Order, Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

After a payment (full or partial) has been made:

  • You must contact Customer Service Representative to have service reconnected
  • Payments and a notification call made prior to 2 p.m. on the day your services were turned off will be restored the same day.
  • Payments and a notification call made after 2 p.m. on the day your services were turned off will be restored the next business day (Monday - Friday).

Open / Close / Pause an Account

*Any unpaid balance or fees on an existing or previous account must be paid in full prior to opening an account.

  • Before opening an account, determine if Pasco County Utilities is your provider.     
  • Search by Address, Parcel or Name
  • Click on the Red House icon to see your provider
  • Or you can click on a color-coded area to see your provider

Select your occupancy type, then complete and submit the form.

Close

Use this link to Close Your Account. A request to terminate services must be received in our office at least three (3) business days prior to the termination date. You may also mail in your request

If an account is not closed: The account holder is responsible for all utility use and fees. Do not leave your account open for services to be unknowingly used by a new resident.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, we did not receive your online form.

Transfer an Existing Pasco County Utilities Account

An account can be transferred in person, in writing/email, or by phone at 727-847-8131 from 8:30 am to 4 pm. To transfer to an account, the active account must have a zero balance. 

There is a non-refundable activation fee of $63 for next day requests or any day thereafter. There is a non-refundable activation fee of $78 for same day requests.

Information and fees must be received three business days prior to the date you are requesting services to start.
