Pasco County does not pick up your trash.
All forms of trash are dropped off at County Solid Waste facilities. Bring large and/or bulk items, including furniture or tires, directly to Solid Waste facilities. Or you may contact your trash hauler for assistance.

Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For large loads arrive by 4 p.m. and small loads arrive by 4:30 p.m. to ensure sufficient unloading time

- Proof of Residency is required for services
- Tell the scale house what items you have so you are directed to the right area
- Waste from outside Pasco is not accepted
- Many forms of contactless payment now accepted (Apple Pay accepted at the West Pasco Resource Recovery Facility only)

Curbside Pick Up
- You must sign up with a licensed hauler to receive residential curbside garbage and recycling service
- Contact a hauler to start or stop service at your address or to get their schedule. The list of haulers is below.
- If an issue arises with service, contact the hauler directly – not Pasco County. The county does not keep records of a resident’s hauler.
- Curbside pick up is offered twice a week – and one day a week for recycling
Dumpster Service
- You may obtain residential dumpster service instead of curbside pick up
- Not all haulers provide dumpster service. The list of haulers is below.
- Contact your hauler to determine dumpster size and frequency of service
- Pasco County determines maximum charges based on dumpster size and frequency of service
- Dumpster service does not include recycling. It is offered at an additional cost.
