Real Property And Planning

Real Property and Planning is responsible for real estate purchases, acquisitions, easements, vacations, conveyances, dispositions and leasing services. The Division provides technical support services for parcel boundaries and acreage, review of legal descriptions and maps, and review and assessment of existing title matters along with providing citizens assistance with real property questions. The division is also responsible for the formulation and maintenance of the Facilities Master Plan and asset tracking and forecasting.

Surplus Properties

The process to sell or convey right or interest in County-owned Real Estate is administered by Pasco County Facilities Management. When the Board of County Commissioners declare County-owned property as surplus, Real Estate is listed for sale through a public bid process.

Bid Instructions

All responses shall be submitted online at Pasco County Bonfire Hub. The Pasco County Purchasing Department will only accept submittals online. The Bid Package containing additional information regarding the parcel and a bid form is available at Pasco County Bonfire Hub.

Each bid must be accompanied by a deposit in the amount of 10% of the bid purchase price in U.S. Dollars in the form of a certified check or cashier's check made payable to Pasco County Board of County Commissioners.

Questions may be submitted through Pasco County Bonfire Hub.

Public openings are held each Tuesday at 2:00 p.m., ET. A public opening of responses will be conducted at the posted public opening following the submission deadline. In the event of a County Holiday or unforeseen delay, responses shall remain sealed until the next public opening.
