As the Program Administrator for the Office of Economic Growth,
Chad is responsible for the execution and supervision of Economic Development Programs, including the implementation of Penny
for Pasco projects, the Board of County Commissioner's Strategic
Plan, and the Economic Development Plan. Further
responsibilities include managing incentive agreements, cooperative funding
plans, contract development and acting as an ombudsman for businesses and
served 5 years as an operational analyst at the Indiana Department of
Transportation advising executive leadership. In this role, Chad focused on
initiatives related to operational efficiency, optimal resource allocation,
asset management, resource utilization, process improvement, and data
governance. Prior to his role in public service, Chad gained several years’
experience in leadership roles working for both Washington Mutual and Wells
Chad graduated from Indiana University with a Master’s degree in
Business Management, Economics and Finance.
