All information emailed or faxed to Pasco County Utilities is at the sender's own risk and sender agrees to hold Pasco County harmless for any liability suffered by sender or account holder.

    3. If you are renting: A valid lease agreement is needed to open a new account, with two options available:

    4. Option #1 - A copy of your lease agreement, signed by both the homeowner and the tenant.

    5. Option #2 - A copy of your lease agreement, signed by both the tenant and the property manager, AND, documentation giving authorization to the property manager by the homeowner, signed by both the property manager and the homeowner.

    6. Please allow 72 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) for your application to be reviewed and processed.

      Once reviewed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to make a payment for any applicable fees and/or deposits.
