Pasco County Utilities COVID-19 Customer Service Updates

Face-to-Face Services Suspended As Of 4 p.m.
On Friday, March 20, 2020.

Pasco County Utilities (PCU) is taking additional measures to protect the health and safety, of customers and staff. Effective 4 p.m. today (Friday, March 20), and until further notice, the Land O’ Lakes and New Port Richey Customer Service Centers will be closed to customers and the general public.  Drive-through services will remain open at both locations from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., where a member of the PCU Team can support customers and receive any necessary paperwork. The Dade City location will remain open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

What are the alternative options?

  • Opening a New Account, Closing an Account, or Reconnecting Services may be done online, via mail, drive-through, drop box, and phone at 727-847-8131.
  • Bill Payments may be made online, via mail, drive-through, drop box and the Pay-by-Phone feature by dialing 844-450-3704.
  • Billing Adjustment Paperwork may be submitted online, via mail, drive-through, and drop box.
  • Appointments will be held on a case-by-case basis for any customer that cannot be serviced by any of the alternate methods provided.
  • Call Center Support: PCU Team Members are available at 727-847-8131 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Deposit Drop Box Locations: Available 24/7 at all PCU Service Centers to drop off payments, billing adjustment paperwork, applications for service, builder applications and any pertinent paperwork. Paperwork must be in an envelope and fully completed with the customer name, account numbers, and any details need to complete a request.

Will I be disconnected? Disconnections have been suspended until further notice. If you are disconnected, please call our Customer Service Team, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at 727-847-8131 to develop a plan for getting reconnected.

What if I am paying on my due date, or drop it in the Drop Box on my due date before or after hours? Additional late fees will be waived until further notice as we monitor this situation.

Pasco County Utilities (PCU) is taking precautionary measures during the Local State of Emergency issued for Pasco County as a proactive measure to monitor and limit the potential spread of COVID-19. Public health and safety will always remain a top priority with the following frequently asked questions and concerns answered for your convenience:

  1. Will customer service be open? Customer Service walk-in centers and drive-through locations are open 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. until further notice. However, please consider the 24/7 assistance options available through PascoEasyPay.com and Pay-by-Phone 844-450-3704 as alternatives to visiting a physical location. Opening a New Account and Reconnecting Services may all be done online. If you do not have online access, please call our Customer Service Team at (727) 847-8131 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. for assistance. Customers who may need to drop off paperwork have the alternative option of using the drive-through in New Port Richey and Land O’ Lakes, and placing those documents in the Deposit Drop Box if you visit us outside our normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
  2. What if I am disconnected? If you are disconnected, please call our Customer Service Team, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at (727) 847-8131 to develop a plan for getting reconnected.

  4. A PCU representative moved away from me as I was talking with them. Why? Increasing distance is never intended to offend. Employees have been instructed to create social distance when possible to ensure the safety of both the customer and the employee.
