Park Information
This district park consists of a 150-acre site owned by Pasco County and the School District with plans for a future K-8 school, a public library and a theatre building. Additional recreation facilities for public use during non-school hours will include 4 tennis courts, 4 basketball courts, a running track, a gym, and 2 open play fields.

Park Amenities
The District Park currently includes:
- A lighted Little League baseball/softball field
- 3 lighted multi-purpose fields for soccer, lacrosse and football
- A concession stand with restrooms plus an additional restroom building
- 4 picnic pavilions surrounding an events lawn
- A playground
- Maintenance building
- Trailhead to the community's 20-mile trail system
When complete, the District Park will include 6 additional lighted ball fields, 4 additional softball fields, 2 additional concession stands with restrooms, and a 1-mile trail around the park.
