TouchPoint Medical, Incorporated Global Headquarters Rendering
TouchPoint Medical is a global leader of medical equipment manufacturing and engineering providing quality, safe, and secure solutions to hospitals and health care facilities in over 60 countries. Through negotiations and teamwork, TouchPoint Medical, Incorporated (TouchPoint) was offered a competitive Economic Incentive Agreement, approved by the Board of County Commissioners, to relocate and consolidate their operations within Pasco County.
This $23.8 million capital investment project will provide TouchPoint with a new 125,000 square foot international headquarters and United States manufacturing operations facility within the South Branch Ranch MPUD at the intersection of State Road 54 and the Suncoast Parkway.
TouchPoint expects to open their doors in late 2019 with a total of 228 new jobs to Pasco County, 116 of which will be new to Florida. The average annual wage for these jobs is estimated at 150% ($57,500) of the current County average which qualified TouchPoint for the Florida Qualified Target Industry (QTI) Tax Refund Program and Pasco County’s Job Creation Incentive (JCI) Program.
Overall, the total incentive package estimated worth is $1.7 million.

Payment Terms:
JCI – payment within 90 days of receipt the documentation, less the QTI match
HIB – payment after CO, jobs created and maintained for the calendar year, receipt of current real and tangible taxes
Training Funds – payment as a reimbursement for employee training costs
April 2019: Utility and FDEP waste water permit fees payments ($69,330) processed by Office of Economic Growth
February 2019: Groundbreaking - site clearing and construction work begins!
