PCAS offers low-cost humane euthanasia for pets of Pasco County residents. This service is available during normal operating hours at the shelter. Owners must be 18 or older and provide a valid form of photo identification. PCAS requires any pets with microchips to have their microchip information traced prior to providing the requested service.
Owners are not allowed to be present during the euthanasia process. All euthanasia services are performed by state-certified staff in accordance with state laws. PCAS reserves the right to refuse this service for any reason.
