Before opening an account with Pasco County Utilities please use PascoMapper as a resource to first determine your provider information.
Once you have searched by Parcel, Address, or Name, click on the red house icon for more information. The amount of information listed may vary and customers may need to arrow to the next page, noted at the top of the information box.

Please allow 72 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) for your application to be reviewed and processed. Once reviewed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to make a payment for any applicable fees and/or deposits.
If you require service to start sooner than three (3) business days, please call 727-847-8131 to set up service over the phone or view additional options available at a Customer Service Location near you.
Online application for service can be used for new service at an existing residential address only. Commercial accounts cannot be applied for online. Please call 727-847-8131 to speak with a PCU Team Member to determine the options available.
Pasco County Utilities requires deposits on new accounts. Deposit amounts and other various fees can be viewed on our Rates and Fees webpage.
Acceptable forms of payments for online applications are Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Deposits and fees will need to be paid prior to service being started.
If you wish to open an account and prefer to pay with cash or check, you will need to visit one of our offices. Office Hours & Locations.
After completing the online application for service, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. If you do not get the confirmation message, your application was not received by PCU and you will need to fill out the form again. If you have any questions or concerns, please email PCU.
