The Division of Long Range Planning oversees the County’s Comprehensive Plan and the associated goals, objectives, and policies that guide Pasco’s future growth. Working closely with the County's other departments, Long Range Planning administers the County’s vision as it relates to land use, infrastructure, transportation, and economic development. It is the charge of this Division to continuously identify, assess, and assist in the implementation of the many opportunities and tools available to reach the County’s goals.
The West Market Area also known as 'The Harbors', includes the coastal and inland areas along U.S. 19 and Little Road corridors, from North County Line to South County Line. Get involved! You can ask questions, share ideas, point out concerns, or partner with us for the redevelopment area.
The Gateway Crossings Market area is a study area boundary defined for planning purposes. It includes critical east-west and north-south corridors such as State Road 54/56, Suncoast Parkway, U.S. 41, and I-75. It includes the residences and businesses along these corridors including the neighborhoods of Trinity, Odessa, Land O' Lakes, Lutz, and Wesley Chapel.
