Utility Assistance for Seniors

Human Services receives funds from the Department of Elder Affairs and the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco/Pinellas County, assist seniors 60 years of age and older with past due utility bills twice during the year.

Services will be provided to eligible residents until funds are depleted. Residents must meet income eligibility requirements and have a past due utility bill or a shut off notice from the power company.

Please contact the Human Services Port Richey office at (727) 834-3297 or the Dade City office at (352) 521-5173 for additional information. Appointments will be scheduled at the Senior Service Center for those residents living in Central Pasco County.
