This is an Annual Art Competition and display for Pasco County high school students occurring in February. This event has gained local recognition by awarding over $2,500 in cash prizes. Artwork is judged and then can be viewed in the West Pasco County Government Center throughout the month of February. The categories include "best use of material," "best of show" and many others.

Contest Requirements
Below is a partial list of contest requirements:
  • Artwork must have an environmental theme
  • Artwork must utilize 70% used or recyclable materials

This is a joint effort between the Pasco County School Board, Pasco County Utilities, Pasco County Public Services and the Pasco Fine Arts Council. Applications are available through Pasco County Schools in December and January for a $1,000 scholarship for a public high school student. Check with your student guidance counselor.
