Park Information
This neighborhood park consists of 6.65 acres with a large lake.  There is a small boat ramp that can be used to launch canoes/kayaks and small powered engine boats.  There are two shelters and plenty of picnic tables and charcoal grills throughout the park. Although the park is located in the middle of the neighborhood, it is so peaceful and soothing to sit out and watch the wild birds and ducks at the lake with the reflection of the sun glistening off the middle of the lake.  We hope you enjoy your visit to this park.

Lake Access:  There is a beach area designated for swimming, however, there are no lifeguards on duty and you must swim at your own risk!  Fishing access is allowed at the lake where posted.  You can launch a small powered engine boat at the boat ramp and your canoe/kayak to the right of the beach area.  Please obey all safety signs posted at the park.  For the convenience of the boaters, there are ten paved boat trailer parking spaces to park your boat trailers.

Outdoor Activities:  There is a multi-purpose court (30'x40') and a basketball hoop for the public to use.  We have a bicycle rack if you care to ride your bicycle to the park.  There is also a water fountain, a single-head shower and benches so you can sit back and relax.

Fees
There is a $2.00 parking fee at this facility.  No reservations are necessary for the shelters. They are available on a first-come first-served basis. There is no boat launching fee but the $2.00 parking fee applies.  You can purchase an Annual Park Pass for $60.00 by filling out an application and mailing it to our office or pick one up at our Central Permiting Departments located at both Government Centers in New Port Richey and Dade City. This will allow you parking at the 11 park locations that charge this fee.
