View the current tree ordinance so that you continue to comply with Pasco County's codes.

To remove a tree from residential property you must submit a tree removal application. All applications must be notarized and our central permitting department will do that for you. The fee is $30 per application. This permit is address/parcel ID specific regardless of how many trees are to be removed.

There are three Central Permitting departments that you can bring your application to:

Payment is accepted Monday - Friday, 8 am -  4 pm.
Cash, checks or money orders are accepted. 
Credit and Debit cards are not accepted.
