Meetings
The Pasco Hernando Workforce Board (PHWB) meets every other month alternating meetings between their New Port Richey and Spring Hill locations.

Members
The organization is governed by a Board of Directors in accordance with the Workforce Investment Act of 1998, Section 117 and the Florida Workforce Innovation Act, Section 445.007, Florida statutes, and the Regional Workforce Board Accountability Act. The composition and appointment of Board Members is consistent with the provisions of state and federal law and regulations.

Membership Terms
Members of the PHWB serve for a term of four (4) years. Members are eligible to serve for three consecutive four year terms; however, there must be a one year break in service prior to becoming eligible again for re-appointment.

Purpose
The Pasco-Hernando Workforce Board, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that serves Pasco and Hernando counties by administering local workforce development and welfare reform programs through state and federal initiatives. PHWB is one of 24 Regional Workforce Boards in Florida operating under the governance of Workforce Florida, Inc.
