Dock Ordinance
The intent and purpose of the Dock Ordinance is to provide standards to protect the waterfront views of property owners and to preserve canal-use rights, access to public waters, and to ensure the navigability of all waters of the County, including unmarked as well as marked channels.

The cost of a Dock Permit is $120
Applications are accepted Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4 pm
Cash, check, money order, debit cards and major credit cards are accepted.
