Dispensing Facility Registration Permit Application

A Dispensing Facility is a retail establishment of a Dispensing Organization, licensed by the Florida Department of Health that sells and dispenses medical marijuana, but does not engage in any other activity related to preparation, wholesale storage, distribution, transfer, cultivation, or processing of any form of Marijuana or Marijuana product, and does not allow on-site consumption of Marijuana.  A Dispensing Facility shall be required to obtain a Conditional Use Permit pursuant to Sections 402.3 and 529.3.O of the Land Development Code (Ordinance 16-41) and a Dispensing Facility Registration Permit pursuant to Ordinance No. 17-11. A Dispensing Organization shall be required to obtain a Conditional Use Permit within six months of the date of issuance of the Dispensing Facility Registration Permit for the facility for which the permit relates.  Failure to obtain a Conditional Use Permit within six months of the date of issuance of the Dispensing Facility Registration Permit for the facility for which the permit relates will result in the revocation of the Dispensing Facility Registration Permit in accordance with Ordinance No. 17-11.

To apply for a Dispensing Facility Registration Permit to only dispense medical marijuana authorized by Section 381.986 and/or Section 499.0295, Florida Statutes a complete application with required attachments shall be submitted to the Zoning and Intake Division, West Pasco Government Center, 8731 Citizens Drive, Suite 230, New Port Richey, FL 34654.
