Emergency Response

The Pasco County Public Works Department provides 24/7 emergency response for stormwater-related emergencies. For any issues or concerns contact the Customer Service Center or call Public Works at (727) 847-8143.

During an emergency the latest up-to-date information can be found on the county's Emergency Management web page at:
www.pascoemergencymanagement.com.  Sandbag locations that are currently being staffed are also posted on this web page.

The Public Works Department routinely provides emergency site security, setting up temporary pumping, taking elevations of flooded roads, and deploying barricades to provide safety for Pasco County citizens.

Sandbag information:

Residents should be prepared to fill their own sandbags, although various sandbag sites might have inmate assistance available. Sandbags are provided but residents are encouraged to bring their own shovels.
