Development of Regional Impact Rescission & Comprehensive Plan Amendment

On March 20, 2014, a request was submitted to rescind the Bexley Ranch DRI #255 and the Development Agreement for the Bexley Ranch DRI.  On April 21, 2015, the Board of County Commissioners Approved this request. PDD15-423

On April 21, 2015, the Board of County Commissioners approved a Large Scale Future Land Use Comprehensive Plan amendment from RES-3 (Residential - 3 du/ga) and ROR (Retail/Office/residential) to PD (Planned Development) with a Subarea Policy requiring an MPUD (Master Planned Unit Development) rezoning. PDD15-300
