Transfer Your Water and/or Sewer Account
A request to transfer your water and/or sewer account:
  • Must be requested in person or in writing
  • The active account must have a zero balance
  • If the deposit on the account is an owner's deposit and you are transferring as a renter, the difference between the two deposits must be paid at the current rate before the new account can be opened. 
  • A copy of a signed and dated lease or proof of ownership is required. (signed by all parties & dated)
  • Driver's license or state issued I.D. is required.
  • There can only be a 3 day overlap of services with both accounts having the same deposit.
  • If the water is off ar the new location, a turn-on fee of $56.00 next day or and day thereafter.  Request for same day turn-on is $97.00.
