General Notes

A.  Fees denoted for preliminary and construction review are based on the following:
    1.  Content Review
    2.  One (1) technical review with comments generated
    3.  One (1) follow up technical review
    Subsequent amendments/revisions/submittals shall be subject to the plan revision fee denoted on the schedule regardless of the substantial/non-substantial
     nature of the revision.

B.  Fees denoted for commercial site inspections are based on a prefinal and final inspection only.  Any further reinspections required to correct noted
    deficiencies shall be assessed a reinspection fee.  Inspection fees are payable prior to or concurrent with the inspection scheduling.  Forty-eight (48)
    hours advance notice is required for scheduling of all inpections.

    An additional inspection fee for commercial site inspection shall be assessed in the event that the installation of improvements are bonded (performance
    guarantee) at the applicant's request to release the Certificate of Occupancy.  The additional fee shall be payable prior to or concurrent with the
    inspection scheduling.

C.  Review fees are payable upon submittal of plans.   Checks made payable to the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners.

D.  Right-of-Way Use Permits
    1.  Fee is payable up9on submission of the application.
    2.  Residential driveway inspection is provided on a cursory basis only.
    3.  A performance/maintenance bond for roadway improvements/restoration may be required by Pasco County prior to issuance of the permit.
