DESIRED IMPACT:
To promote County roadway and drainage improvements through the efficient and
economical production of quality engineering plans, specifications, and contract
documents; management of the County's Paving Assessment Program; and graphic
services for other departments and divisions.
OPERATIONAL GOALS AND PROGRAMS:
The major goal of the Design Division is to provide civil engineering design services
for the County's Capital Improvement Plan and the Paving assessment Program. These
programs include the designs of highways and drainage projects for new construction
and rehabilitation/reconstruction phases, as well as special projects which support
divisions within the County.
