It is recommended that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County Commissioners:
DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS:
Staff is requesting that the Board withdraw the ordinance approving Small Scale Development Amendment No. SSDA02-02.
A change in the Future Land Use designation from AG/R (Agricultural/Rural) to RES-1, Residential, Residential 1 du/ga) on 9.98 acres located approximately 200 feet south of Clayton Road and 750 feet west of Spring Valley Road.
This property is a portion of a parcel identified with Parcel ID No. 18-24-21-0000-00100-0000.
Since the first of the year, the County has made no changes to the Future Land Use designations pursuant to Section 163.3187 (1) (c), Florida Statutes, Small-Scale Development Amendment.
ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS:
The applicant has requested that Small Scale Development Amendment SSDA02-02 be withdrawn, therefore; there are no alternatives for the Board’s consideration.
RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING:
The Growth Management Department staff recommends that the Board withdraw the ordinance approving Small Scale Development Amendment (SSDA02-02).
Funding is not required for this action.
