It is recommended that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County Commissioners:

DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS:

Staff is requesting that the Board withdraw the ordinance approving Small-Scale Development Amendment SSDA02-01 formerly known as SSDA01-04, which includes:

A Future Land Use Map amendment changing IL (Industrial-Light) to IH (Industrial-Heavy) on 10 acres located on the south side of State Road 52, one-half mile east of Bellamy Brothers Boulevard.

This property is a portion of a parcel identified with Parcel ID No. 07-25-20-0000-00100-0020.

Since the first of the year, the County has not changed the Future Land Use designations on any acres pursuant to Section 163.3187 (1) (c), Florida Statutes, Small-Scale Development Amendment.

ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS:

The applicant has requested that Small-Scale Development Amendment SSDA02-01 (f/k/a SSDA01-04) be withdrawn.

RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING:

The Growth Management Department staff recommends that the Board withdraw the ordinance approving Small Scale Amendment SSDA02-01 (f/k/a SSDA01-04).

Funding is not required for this action.
