The goal of the Code Compliance Division is to provide information to all interested parties and to fairly and efficiently enforce the Pasco County Land Development Code and ordinances.

Division Responsibilities
The Code Compliance Division is responsible for the enforcement of County codes and ordinances pertaining to zoning, business tax receipts, and environmental subjects.
 
Officer Responsibilities
Code compliance officers respond to resident inquiries concerning zoning violations, tree preservation and removal and other problems related to land development within the county.
