Managing the County's self-insurance programs
Insurance policy acquisition
Premium payments
Group health, life, dental and disability insurance enrollments
Sec. 125 (Pre-tax premium) enrollments and administration
Claims handling
COBRA (Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1986)
HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) administration and records retention.
