Water Conservation - Phase III Water Shortage Restriction In Effect
No Watering, Between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Despite recent rainfall, drought conditions persist throughout our region. According to the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD), “…this is the driest dry season in the past 103 years.” As a result, SWFWMD has declared a modified Phase III water shortage. This declaration increases certain water usage restrictions throughout the 16-County region.

How does this declaration impact you?

  • To check your allowed watering day(s), please click here
  • See SWFWMD press release for details about the District-wide Phase III shortage declaration.
  • Homeowners associations and other entities must suspend any requirement to replace lawns, pressure wash, or engage in other activity which increases water use during this water shortage declaration. Additional details available through SWFWMD

Pasco County Utilities' west-side Customer Service Center for walk-in and drive-through customers located at 7536 State Street, New Port Richey, has temporarily relocated as of Monday, Nov. 14. Building renovations are forcing the relocation of these services. Construction is expected to be completed by mid-summer, 2017.

Utility customers may still receive services in New Port Richey at two temporary locations:

WALK IN LOCATION:  Walk-in customers will be able to use a temporary office/trailer in the existing Utilities Building parking lot located at 7536 State Street, New Port Richey (northeast corner of State Street and Government Drive).

DRIVE-THROUGH LOCATION:     A temporary drive-through / drop-box location will be open at the Pasco County Building Inspections office located at 7508 Little Road, New Port Richey (enter on Government Drive, then take an immediate right turn).

Click here to view map of new locations.

The Dade City office, located at 14236 Sixth Street (2nd Floor), has not been affected by the temporary move in New Port Richey.

The Land O’ Lakes Utilities offices, located at 19420 Central Boulevard, DO NOT accept walk-in or drive-through customer services at this time. Please visit our New Port Richey or Dade City locations to make payments, start or stop water/sewer utility services, or to get account information.
