Internal Services provides effective management and coordination of the following departments: Budget, Accounting/Fiscal Services, Personnel, Purchasing, Information Technology, Facilities and Fleet.  Both the Personnel and Facilities Departments were realigned to the new Internal Services Branch with the FY 12/13 budget.

Goal
Internal Services is to provide highly responsible administrative and managerial leadership directing the internal services departments. The ACA will direct the research, preparation, presentation and management of the annual operating and capital budgets. The ACA will evaluate the effectiveness of systems, operations and programs. The ACA will negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with operating departments for the internal services provided by the Branch.The ACA serves as a member of the Core Team of leaders who work together to serve the citizens and businesses of Pasco County in the most effective way possible.
