Anclote Business Center
Convenient to North Pinellas and one block off US Highway 19 in Holiday on Louis Avenue. Zoned for distribution, manufacturing, warehouse and services industries. Water and sewer is provided by Pasco County. Electric provider is Progress Energy.

ComPark 75
Located between State Road 56 and State Road 54 on I-75 with access to the park is from State Road 54. This 147 acre master planned development is zoned I-1. It offers parcels for sale as well as build-to-suit. As a Verizon SmartPark, it offers tenants advanced telecommunications infrastructure providing total communications solutions from high speed Internet access to integrated voice, data and video capabilities. Connerton Commerce Park
Connerton, a “New Town” master-planned community, is a 4,800 acre project providing a living and working environment unique to Pasco County. Located on U.S. Highway 41 just south of State Road 52 in central Pasco County. Zoning allows for commercial, office, manufacturing, and industrial and sites vary from 4 to 26 acres. Copeland Industrial Park
Located in the city limits of Zephyrhills. 40 acres zoned I-2. City of Zephyrhills water and sewer available. Electric provider is Progress Energy. (III Phase available)  The park is built out and all lots and buildings are individually owned.

County Line Industrial Park
Located on the south side of County Line Road, 1.3 miles east of U.S. Highway 19 in northwest Pasco. Approximately 40 acres are divided into 15 commercial lots zoned C-2 and C-3. County water available and septic service is allowed. Electric provider is Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative.

Custom Commerce Center
Located on the south side of Ridge Road, 1 mile east of U.S. Highway 19. This 40 acre site is built out and all lots or buildings are individually owned. A variety of zoning is available from C-2 to I-2. County water and sewer are available. Electric provider is Progress Energy.

Cypress Creek
Cypress Creek is a 400 acre mixed use Development of Regional Impact at the southeast and northeast quadrants of I-75 and State Road 56 in central Pasco. The project has master storm water and utility plans, which will streamline building permit approvals. Allowable uses include retail, office, multi-family, townhouses, and hotel with site sizes ranging from 1 to 26 acres. Pasco County provides water and sewer. Dade City Business Center
Dade City Business Center is located on the six-laned U.S. Highway 301, just minutes from I-75 and I-4 in northwest Pasco County.  This 345-acre gated site has 24-hour manned security and more than 750,000 sf of buildings.  Prime industrial, manufacturing and warehousing facilities with a CSX rail spur (7 car capacity) 50 feet from the common dock and staging area are available..

Fox Wood Commerce Park
Located on the south side of State Road 54 and five miles west of the Suncoast Parkway. This 53 acre commerce park is fully serviced, including storm water, with zoning available for commercial, industrial, and office. Natural gas is available. Aloha Utilities and Pasco County provides water and sewer. Electric provider is Progress Energy.

Kronos Business Park
Located on the east side of U.S. Highway 19, 1.5 miles south of County Line Road and 5 miles north of State Road 52 in northwest Pasco. The 28 acres are zoned C-2 and C-3; the park is built out. County water is available and septic service is allowed. Electric provider is Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative.

Lacoochee Industrial Area
Located on the east side of Bower Road at the intersection of Cummer Road, approx. 1 mile east of U.S. 301 in northeast Pasco County, 1 1/2 miles south of the Hernando County line. A grain storage silo was constructed in 2000 is the sole business operating on 40 acres of the 136 acres. County water is available to the site. Electric provider is Progress Energy. Rail service is available.

Longleaf
Located on State Road 54 just east of Little Road. Longleaf is a master planned community with 4 distinctive neighborhoods. Seven commercial tracts have been set aside to contain offices of 2,500 to 20,000 SF. Pasco County provides water and sewer. Electric provider is Progress Energy.

North Pointe at Suncoast Crossings
North Pointe is a 688 acre mixed use Development of Regional Impact at the southeast quadrant of the Suncoast Parkway and State Road 54. Allowable uses are commercial and office with site sizes ranging from 1 to 25 acres. Natural Gas is available. Pasco County provides water and sewer. Electric provider is Progress Energy.

North Suncoast Industrial Park
This heavy industrial zoned property is located in north central Pasco County with easy access to the Suncoast Parkway, State Road 52 and 30 minutes for Tampa International Airport. Allowable uses include manufacturing, concrete, asphalt, etc. Natural gas is available. Pasco County provides water and sewer. Odessa Industrial Park
Located on the west side of Gunn Highway, 1 mile south of State Road 54, 10 miles east of U.S. Highway 19. The 85 acre site is built out. County water is available and septic service is allowed. Electric provider is Tampa Electric Company.

One Pasco Center
Located on State Road 52, one-half mile from the I-75 & State Road 52 interchange in north central Pasco. Zoned for mixed uses such as commercial, light industrial and hotel. The park consists of lots varying in size from 2 to 6 acres. One Pasco Center is master drained, with sanitary sewer and water service provided by the County. Electric provider is Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative.

Scheer Commerce Center
Located on the west side of U.S. Highway 19, approximately 2.5 miles south of County Line Road and 4 miles north of SR 52 in northwest Pasco. The park is a fully serviced light industrial commercial center with lots ranging in size from 1/2 acre and up. National gas is available. County water and sewer are available to the site. Electric provider is Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative.

Seven Oaks
Located on State Road 56 adjacent to I-75 and Bruce B. Downs Blvd. in central Pasco. Seven Oaks is a 2,000 acre master planned development which will include 1.3 million SF for commercial, 400,000 SF for office, a 250 room hotel and residential units. Pasco County provides water and sewer. Electric company is Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative.

Suncoast Crossings
Suncoast Crossings is located north of and adjacent to the Hillsborough County line at the intersection of State Road 54 and the Suncoast Parkway. It is a 700 acre master-planned community with allowable zoning of retail, office, hotel, and residential. Site sizes range from 1.2 to 19 acres. Pasco County provides water and sewer. Electric provider is Progress Energy.

Suncoast Industrial Park Three
Located on State Road 52 just east of the Suncoast Parkway, this 20 acre industrial park is zoned for C-1 and I-1 uses and will accommodate a total of 225,250 square feet of new office space. Pasco Countyprovides water and sewer. Electric provider is Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative.

Suncoast Lakes Business Center
Suncoast Lakes is a 500 acre, planned mixed use development located in the center of Pasco County. Allowable uses include retail, office, flexspace and warehouse. Trinity Corporate Center
Trinity Corporate Center is Strategically situated near the SR 54 / Trinity Boulevard apex and will be one of Tampa Bay's premiere mixed-use developments.  It includes approximately 74 acres of commercial, retail/showroom, professional office and light industrial sites.  TCC is located in the heart of the rapidly growing Trinity Corridor, approximately 30 minutes from the Tampa International Airport and approximately 5 miles from the Suncoast Parkway..
