I believe my neighbor is violating the deed restrictions of my subdivision. Can the county attorney's office assist me?
The county attorney's office does not enforce homeowners association deed restrictions, condominium association rules or any other private covenants unless Pasco County was specifically the beneficiary of the restriction. This usually means that the resident must work with the homeowners association or related governing board to report a violation.
