Does the program cater to special diets?
Currently, there are no optional meal choices available. The meals are preplanned and meet the nutrient analysis of a minimum of 33.3% percent of the dietary reference intake / adequate intake (DRI/AI) for a moderately active female over the age of 70 as established by the Food and Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences.
