Can meals be provided to people less than 60 years of age?
Yes. The Meals on Wheels program is a customer-billed program for people of any age needing a home-delivered meal. The Meals on Wheels option especially benefits the younger disabled citizen, regardless of age, who may not be eligible for the Older American Act program. For additional information, please contact the Elderly Nutrition Division at (727) 834-3287 or send us a question via our online Customer Service Center.
