To remove a tree from residential property you must submit a tree removal application (PDF). All applications must be notarized and our central permitting department will do that for you. The fee is $50 per parcel/address up to 5 trees. If a site visit is required an additional fee of $30.00 will apply. Typically any tree 24 inches in diameter or greater will require a site visit.
