Effective immediately the only permit types that are available for walk-through permitting are:
- Replacement Windows and Doors - Including Garage Doors (Effective 1-1-19 no plan review required).
- Residential Irrigation
- Add Screen Wall Under a Truss Roof
- Residential Demolition
- Roofing
Properties with Stop Work Orders are excluded from walk through process.
