Is Pasco County Your Water, Sewer, or Reclaimed Water Provider?
Before opening an account with Pasco County Utilities please use PascoView as a resource to determine your provider information.
Once you have searched by Parcel or Address, scroll down to the bottom of the identified property and select the Utility Service Area highlighted in blue.
Please allow 3 business days after payment has been confirmed for processing.
If you require service to start sooner than 3 business days, please visit one of our offices. Office hours and locations can be found online.
Online application for service can be used for new service at an existing residential address only. Commercial accounts cannot be applied for online.
Applications for service cannot be accepted over the phone.
Acceptable forms of payments for online applications are Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Deposits and fees will need to be paid prior to service being started.
If you wish to open an account and prefer to pay with cash or check, you will need to visit one of our offices. Office hours and locations can be found online.
After completing the online application for service, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. If you do not get the confirmation message, your application was not received by us and you will need to fill out the form again. If you have any questions or concerns, email us.
If you are a tenant and not the property owner, you will need to provide the owner or property management information and a (pdf file format) copy of your signed and dated lease will need to be scanned and attached to the application form.
Once the online application for service is received and reviewed by one of our staff, you will receive an email with your new Account and Customer numbers. The email will provide instructions on how to make a payment for any applicable fees and/or deposits.
