Payment Options for Water/Sewer Accounts

Notice: Late Fee Effective October 1, 2012

A late fee charge becomes effective on utility bills with a due date of October, 2012 or later. Utility bills with an unpaid balance past the bill due date will be assessed a 10% late fee. The only exception is an account enrolled in the Electronic Funds Transfer program.

You may pay your bill using one of the following methods:

  • Check (Checks are not accepted if services are turned-off for non-payment or returned checks.)
  • Cash
  • Money Order
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted)

Pasco County Utilities customers will be charged a $2.75 convenience fee when paying their utility bill using credit cards and eChecks, whether online or over-the-phone. To continue providing alternative payment options that surpass current security standards, Pasco County has partnered with Paymentus Corporation, a 3rd party payment processor. No portion of the service fee is retained by Pasco County Utilities; it is exclusively to cover the costs incurred by the payment processor.

Online Credit Card Payments

Visit the Pasco Easy Pay website. Enter the account number without dashes and the customer number on your bill. Account numbers and customer numbers contain no letters, only numbers. Your account and customer number is located on the bill in the right hand corner. Payments post to the customer’s account the next business day. Payments may be made anytime except when the site is offline for routine maintenance. On Saturdays and Sundays, the Pasco Easy Pay website is available 24 hours. All information is encrypted, and credit card information is not saved in our system. It is important to note that payments are accepted in $500.00 increments. Payments over $500.00 will need to be split into two separate payments.

Over The Phone Credit Card, and Electronic Check Payments

Call toll free to 1-844-450-3704. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and electronic check only. The name on the credit card must match the name on the utilities account. Payments post to the customer’s account the next business day.

Credit Card Payment at the Branch Office

You can pay your water/sewer bill by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card at the Pasco County Utilities offices. The credit card must be signed by the person whose name is on the credit card. Multiple payments can be made in 24 hours. Payments post to the customer’s account in two business days. No debit cards requiring PIN numbers are taken.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). It will take approximately five or six weeks for service to start and it is important to continue to pay your utility bill by credit card, check, cash, or money order until your bill indicates the amount due will be electronically transferred.
